Doctor of Hearts Honored for his Humanitarian Commitment
In Berlin, Andreas Tölke, founder of “Be an Angel e.V.” and recipient of the Federal Cross of Merit, was honored with an honorary doctorate from Arden University for his exceptional contributions to humanity.
