Be an Angel e.V. began as a group of friends who housed homeless refugees on the streets of Berlin during the refugee crisis of 2015. Since then, we have evolved into an international charity organization offering crisis aid, rescue missions, lobbying, counseling, and support for refugees around the world.

The artist Paul Schrader lives and works in Hamburg. His approach is the sensuality in art. The subject is the worlds of color and their composition on the canvas. Although the moment of movement has long passed, the movement continues to the present and is yet frozen, the dynamic of the moment encased in a time capsule. Fine color nuances blend into delicate tones upon closer inspection like poetry. From yellow and blue emerges a delicate green tone in hundreds of fine nuances. Red and blue mix to form an intense violet. These intermediate areas fascinate the painter. Through the interlocking of individual colors and their composition on the canvas, a feeling arises, like a melody in music. Colors and shapes can captivate the viewer like magic and create a mood in them. Through this sight and perception, a relationship between the artwork and the viewer is formed for a moment, detached from theories and reality.
