"Ukrainian Voices of Art" - Benefit exhibition of Ukrainian artists.
For and by Be an Angel e.V.
“Ukrainian Voices of Art” is a benefit sale exhibition of current Ukrainian art at the Berlin Art Week by and for Be an Angel e.V. It benefits the artists and the association, which has been able to evacuate more than 12,000 people from Ukrainian war zones since the beginning of March purely through donations.
Curators from Ukraine and Germany succeeded in bringing together well-known Ukrainian artists such as Chekmenev, Mikhailov and Sydorenko for the first time with young photo positions, paintings, collages, embroideries and sculptures for the exhibition. Their own contemporary confrontation with war, their will to live and their strength can be experienced directly in the spacious exhibition spaces of the SVPL Collection.
As a special contribution to Berlin Art Week, “Ukrainian Voices of Art” receives media support from the Senate and Positions Berlin Art Fair sponsors an exhibition booth. Also the art platform “artsy” is free of charge as a digital point of sale for the Ukrainian artworks.
